The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay recently developed a Strategic Plan which incorporates seven goals with specific timeframes and actions. This five year plan, "Securing Our Future," provides for a number of items that will be reviewed and initiated to better serve our community and the anticipated growth in development.
