At the December 13,
2007 Council meeting the following policy was adopted:
No
person shall store or erect anything outside the property line which
interferes with snow removal equipment; furthermore, the cost to repair
the damage to town equipment caused by anything stored or erected
outside the property line shall be the responsibility of the property
owner. Anything stored or erected outside the property line, not removed
by the property owner after notification will be removed by Town staff.
